The Woodville project represents a masterclass in scaling high-end acoustic and visual performance across an exceptionally expansive footprint. Measuring a massive 8 meters deep by 7 meters wide, this upstairs grand cinema was engineered to deliver a true commercial-scale gold-class experience within a residential environment.

Designed to host family and guests in ultimate luxury, the room features a massive 3-row seating layout—currently configured with two rows of elite Manhattan Gotham recliners, leaving a dedicated third row primed for future expansion. Every element, from the custom gold-and-black aesthetic styling to the deeply integrated control infrastructure, was curated to turn this vast space into an immersive, private entertainment sanctuary.

Upstairs Floor & Riser Engineering
Constructing a high-performance, large-format cinema on an upper level presented unique structural hurdles. To prevent disruptive noise transfer, floor flex, and low-frequency vibrations from bleeding down into the rest of the residence, our team engineered custom structural deadening and decoupled framing for both the primary floor and the tiered risers.

Expansive Acoustic & Visual Canvas
To match the scale of an 8m x 7m room, the space is anchored by a colossal 150-inch projection screen paired with a high-output Sony 4K projector, delivering breathtaking brightness, color fidelity, and scale.

Lighting & Automation Integration
The cinematic atmosphere is governed by an advanced RTI control system coupled with automated smart lighting. Once movie playback commences, the architectural lighting gracefully dims to preset levels, entirely automating the transition from room entry to screening mode.

Acoustic Design & Power Handling

Soundstage Architecture
To effortlessly fill a massive volume of space without distortion, the front stage utilizes reference-grade Triad Silver speakers, backed by a high-output Ascendo subwoofer to deliver chest-slamming, ultra-low frequency tactile response.

Power & Processing
The system is driven by the powerhouse Anthem MRX 1140 AVR, providing pristine audio decoding and uncompromised dynamic overhead for complex multi-channel soundtracks.

Bespoke Interior Styling
The luxury gold-and-black aesthetic is elevated through custom-manufactured designer wallpaper and tailored heavy acoustic curtains, serving a dual purpose: neutralizing unwanted acoustic reflections while establishing a lavish, opulent mood.

Seating, Control & Atmosphere
The room is configured with Manhattan Gotham luxury home cinema recliners across two active rows, with provision for a third. RTI control and automated smart lighting coordinate the transition into screening mode, while the custom gold-and-black acoustic wallpaper and tailored cinema curtains complete the environment.

ARC Genesis Optimization
Given the immense physical volume and acoustic reflection points of an 8m x 7m room, the entire multi-channel audio setup was calibrated using ARC Genesis. This advanced room correction suite aligns phase, frequency response, and time-domain performance to ensure absolute sonic clarity and tonal balance across every single seating position.
